I ordered about a dozen flavors to do a taste test. Didn't expect much from this, but turned into one of my favorites. Sometimes a lemon/lime and pepper combo can be overwhelmed by the pepper, but lime and pepper were nicely balanced.

Best Beef Jerky Flavor
I have bought several flavors and the Lime Pepper is the one I frequently buy and I buy multiple packs. It’s a little peppery and has a perfect amount of lime/citrus flavor. It’s not too over powering in flavor and it is my favorite. Every time I share some with others, they take a whole pack from me so I have to keep on buying more. This flavor is definitely a staple in my snack cupboard.

OMG - Addicting!
I just opened the package and tasted the lime pepper. Next thing I knew I had powered though half the bag. WARNING- once you start eating this you might finish the whole bag. Great lasting flavor and a perfect mix!

More flavor
I did enjoy the jerky but I am one for very strong flavoring. The flavoring on the jerky was to mild for me. I would love to see an option that would allow me to add more flavoring. I will be purchasing more from Mike's.
