Perfect jerky....thin, crispy not chewy, and the amount of citric is spot on! Our family hasn’t had a flavor we don’t enjoy. Bacon and Special Pineapple are favorites, also. Mike’s jerky is the special treat we order for Christmas, Valentines and birthdays. Thanks, Mike!

This is the spiciest jerky they make but boy does it burn so good. Great flavor and can't stop eating the stuff. I enjoy turning friends and family on to this comapny after seeing Andrew Zimmern visit this place...it is totally worth it and I see why it made Andrew's list. Cheers!
