I lived in Abq when I was a kid and my grandfather used to make plain salted carneseca every year. He passed in 2008 and I haven't had anything remotely close to what he used to make in over a decade... then my mom found you guys and now every time I bite into the Salt Jerky, it's like a memory portal to when I was a child, eating my grandfather's jerky. So thank you for making this and bringing back a little piece of him to our family.

If you don't want to jump in head first with the other flavors this Salt Flavored Jerky is a good start. It allows you to enjoy the Jerky along with it's lightly salted flavor. Simply good.

The salt jerky never disappoints. Don't let it fool you. Even though it is just salt, the beef used is phenomenal which makes for the best jerky everytime. Hearty and the perfect snack for hikers, meat lovers and anyone looking for an awesome tasting protein snack.
