One bite of Mike's Jerky a decade ago was enough to make me a loyal customer. Not sure if the drying process has changed in recent years though, I recall it used to be a tad dryer and thus crispier.

This was my second order and though my first order had the same flavor… the texture was almost inedible at times. The beef was hard, & sharp. I cut my lips on a piece. It left me wondering why I ordered it. A few month’s later, I gave it another shot. This time my order was perfect. 5/5 stars. Great texture. Great flavor. I was reminded why I wanted to try the jerky.

Awesome products horrible price to ship
I've been eating this product for a long time as I lived a block away from the store on menaul. I moved to Baltimore but the shipping is crazy $11 to ship that one little pack I guess I have to slow down on my purchases...
