As always, great packaging, thin, crispy the way good NM jerky should be. My wife's favorite. For me, not so much. Chili taste is not particularly notable and has a salty aftertaste. I'll stick with the Christmas or maybe try green chili next time.

This comes in second to the green but it could be just as good or sometimes better depending on what your craving. No crazy heat just flavor & does not cover up the beef flavor. A must order if you love red chile.

Incredible red Chile flavor. Reminds me of when I visited Albuquerque. Made the mistake of letting others in the house taste it. The 6 oz bag has been in the house for 2 days and is nearly gone.
