Born and raised in Albuquerque. Was always accustomed to Mike’s jerky. I moved to Florida about 10 years ago and have not been able to find any good jerky in my area. All that’s available is that awful mass produced Jacks Links crap. Bounces higher than a basketball. Was back in Albuquerque a few weeks ago to visit and bought some Mike’s jerky to bring home. Noticed that you can order online. I never really thought about that before, but now I know! Finally I have a source for good beef jerky! I only wish it could be sold out here. Heck, I’d be willing to sell it out here so folks can finally taste what good jerky is like!

From NM and currently live in NC I will forever order beef jerky from here. There’s nothing like it best cut, flavor and crunch!

Normally one of my favorite flavors but this batch was also a little too salty like the Chipotle.

The marinade makes the difference
There are numerous makers in New Mexico making red Chile jerky and I as a native New Mexican have tried quite a few. This product is unique for the marinade and also that the Chile stays on the jerky where many others end up at the bottom of the bag. The result is a great product.
