Green Chile

This is one of the best flavored beef jerkey's I have eaten. The green chile is the star but the way the beef is so thin it melts in your mouth. I normally take jerky I buy to share with my co workers but I can't bring myself to share this one!

This jerky is the "real deal," spicy, acceptably hot and easy to break off and chew. I intend to reorder

I saw Mike's Jerky on the The Travel Channel and send away for it and the flavor was totally amazing...So glad I sent for it. Will reorder this product again and every try other flavors. Thank you.

Okay, if you really like the jerky you an buy in the grocery store that a little sticky and sort of soft, don't buy this. If you go to mexican restaurants and ask for bland dishes without any heat, don't buy this. BUT, if you like real jerky done the old fashion way and you like a bit of heat, NOW, buy this.

If you like beef jerky buy this as soon as you can!!! It's the taste of the old west with a modern twang!!! Simply delicious !!!

This is the best of the jerky I have yet tried. Not too hot, but very flavorful. The thinness of the jerky is nothing like I've had before. It is dry but becomes easy to chew. I have never understood the store brands -- "refrigerate after opening". When Mile's, I feel I can stick in the backpack and not have to worry about spoilage, the reason for jerky in the first place! The flagship flavor is definitely "Green Chile". I'm hooked on it...literally eat some every day! I'm a "Mikes Jerky Junky"! It's a taste of Albuquerque at its best!

Thin, light, and crunchy. Almost like a chip. Beefy green chile taste, with just enough heat. Truly addictive.
