The Green Chile Beef Jerky has a nice spicy flavor without being overpowering or too spicy. It is what I would call the taste of New Mexico that would find from roasted green chilies in any good restaurant.

Loved the green
Being from NM and relocating several years ago to TX I have never lost my taste for green or red chile. There is no substitute. When I saw this store on a tv program I had to order both green and red. I was not disappointed. The green is wonderful.
