Amazing green chile flavor
I got my beef jerky as a Christmas gift from my mother in law who had been visiting Albq. It was so awesome I turned around and ordered four large bags the day after I tried it. Super thin and crispy jerky that is incredibly lean is my favorite, but when you add the green chile to it, its fantastic!

This stuff is delicious! First and foremost, the quality of the beef is excellent and the nearly paper-thin cuts make the jerky unique to anything else I've ever had. It's crispy, almost like a potato chip. The real magic is in the green chile. So delicious!

Great Stuff
I bought 2 packages of green chili - one for me and one for my son for Christmas. If he hadn't stopped by, I probably would have eaten his. Can I get a sampler of other flavors?

I wasn't sure if I would like jerky like this as I was more used to the gas station brands which tend to be different texture wise. I can say after tasting Mikes Jerky that it is the best. Texture is like a meat potato chip, and the green chile flavor was incredible, not the mass produced green chile flavor you get in pre-made meals but rather someone who used real and good green chiles made this. If you haven't tried Mikes Jerky, try it. Price is good, flavor is great and customer service is friendly and polite.

I really think for the money they should make it 2.5 . The flavor and texture is great and will buy again but like I said , for the money you should get a little more
