Makes me miss New Mexico

Jerky that's crisp!
Mike's Jerky is the best! Mike may be the only person who's correctly making jerky in the whole country. Most jerky you find in stores is soft, moist, and, in my option, kind of gross. Mike's Jerky is crisp and crunchy and melts in your mouth. And the Green Chile--it's a regional wonder of the Southwestern US! My personal favorite
While Green Chile is my favorite, Christmas is running a very close second. I buy both in the large 6 oz packs. I use Mikes Jerky for my daily snack. If you add some organic nuts such as walnuts and cashews and some apple slices you got a great meal.
