Having lived in Albuquerque for several years, we miss the green chile every day, including green chile cheeseburgers. My favorite time of year was during the roasting of green chiles., with that wonderful aroma filling the air and the senses. Your jerky is wonderful, with the green chile flavor and just the right amount of heat.
