One of the Best
Really like flavor...I was just surprised it was not Mike's trademark shaved beef..it was small tender chunks. I would like this thinner like the other flavors and is the only reason why I have 4 stars.

Hard as a Rock
Jerky is supposed to be tough, I get that but this jerky was almost teeth breaking. Great flavor once you got it chewed up but the texture on this was hard to handle. Maybe larger pieces would help.

I loved the thickness and I loved the Teriyaki flavor. Delicious! I bought 5 different flavors and this was by far, my favorite.

Teriyaki is my favorite flavor for jerky. I was wondering how you would do that with such a thin cut of meat, but it was done with chunks. Flavor was almost absent. It did inspire me to make some of my own as the recipe I have is better. Sorry.

I absolutely love the texture of their teriyaki jerky. They are small nuggets of tasty goodness. These are a different texture than most of Mike's jerkies but I love the bite required.
