as you savor the flavor its subtle and then it hits. great stuff!

My favorite so far. Great flavor and more kick than Green Chile. I placed an order for the large bag.

Greet jerky, taste and heat are perfect!

First of all - Mike is so nice and informative on the phone. The Santa Fe has a wonderful crunch and delicious flavor, as does the Green Chili. The Santa Fe has a touch more kick than the Green Chili but it's perfect! I like some zip so this is great, as the heat doesn't linger. I've also had the Mike's Ma which is good. I like pepper and garlic so this jerky is very good. A couple of pieces did have a little more salt than I like but salt is the 2nd ingredient.... but the garlic and pepper flavors usually do shine through. I love, love, love the thinness, crunch and flavor of all of these jerkies! Kudos to Mike and Brenda!

Husband can eat the whole bag in one day!!!

finally, real beef jerky!!! Not that thick, wet stuff you find in the supermarket. Real beef, real thin and dried and amazingly seasoned. I have tried Green Chile, Santa Fe, Chicago Smoke and Mike's Ma-Steak. They are all wonderful!!! as an aside, your cat is going to try to rip it out of your little hand. This really is the perfect snack. Try it, you will like it.

I was expecting this to be similar to the Green Chile flavor, but it is actually quite different (in a good way)! Very flavorful jerky with a nice mix of savory seasoning. Definitely more of a kick than the Green Chile flavor, but nothing too crazy!

If you can appreciate a little spiciness, then this jerky is for you.

Found Mike's Jerky watvhine travel show on TV. Bought Santa Fe and Green Chile. Different flavor but still a solid 5. Hard not to eat a whole at one time!

I wanted spicy and I got it! I ordered it online and when it came in there was a sticky note that said " really hot"... I thought that was too cute. That being said, this is named properly...it is hotter than the devil himself. But flavorful and worth the burn .
