Full of marinated red chile flavor. Not very hot but oh so good!
Ingredients: Beef, Water, REd Chile Pods, Salt, Garlic, Onion Powder, Dehydrated Onion, and Natural Flavor.

This is my least favorite of tastings so far. Just seems rather flat in flavor. Needs a bump up of salt and chili heat.

After living the majority of my life in NM and then relocating to TX I never lost my love for red and green chile. I saw this store on a tv show and decided I had to try the red and the green. I was not disappointed. The red was wonderful.

Red or Green?
When in NM the question is always 'Red or Green' and the right answer is 'both'. Same with Old World Jerky. We love the Green but also love the Red - it has authentic flavor and just enough chili kick to satisfy.
