Full of marinated red chile flavor. Not very hot but oh so good!

Great red chile flavor & aroma
My favorite flavors are Black Pepper, Salt, Red Chile and Santa Fe. Each fit the bill depending on what I'm hungering for at the moment. Red Chile is not hot at all so is good for folks who like chile without heat.

Red or green
The red chile is pretty good, but doesn't taste as good as my favorite, green chile. It's not quite as hot and has a more earthy flavor.

Super Delicious!
This jerky has a wonderful, aromatic flavor of dried New Mexico Red Chile Pods. I love that it is mild on the heat, so I can eat lots of it and enjoy every bite! The hint of onion and garlic is in the background and compliments the red chile, which is the star. The beef has just enough fat marbling to keep it from being too dry. Excellent!
