Excellent habanero flavor. This is the most flavorful habanero jerky I've had. You can really taste the pepper flavor as well as the beef. Couldn't ask for a more perfect blend. If you have sensitive taste buds, you may want to exercise caution in eating this stuff. It is very hot, but oh so deliciously addicting.
