I was in NM and someone told me to try your her. I am not a jerky "person" but my family is, so I got one o the green chile and brought it home. I think I have ordered it twice since! They love it.

Everything you could ask for in New Mexico style jerky. We like several of Old World's flavors but the Green Chili is the flavor we always come back to. It's loaded with flavor!

This is the best thin, crispy southwest green chile jerky we've ever had. You can't find anything like this here in Michigan. It reminds us of our wonderful trips to the Land of Enchantment!

Our taste test winner! Living in Florida you can't buy good thin jerky anywhere so we always turn to the internet...this time we bought green chile jerky from 5 different companies and had a taste test. Mike's won hands down! Excellent taste, texture & freshness!

The slices are very thin, so the jerky almost has the initial feeling of eating a chip. The meat doesn't seem to be marinated, rather it's coated in the flavoring, so the initial bite was a bit of a downer - but once you start eating it, it is a delightful snack. I wished it had more green chili flavor that was prominent, but still not bad.
