A great find
I saw this company on Food Channel, It sounded enticing. The product is great and thoough not a jerky fan, I liked it a lot. This is not my last purchase.

While watching the cooking channel I learned about this product. I had just been in Albuquerque but only saw a little of R66 while there but I did et in the RT66 Diner and had a green chile hot dog and knew my husband would love it. The jerky arrived and he has really enjoyed it and he shared some with a friend who was equally impressed. Thank you for such a great product.

Definitely for the chili head
My husband enjoyed the robust taste of the green chili's.Even a tiny piece just to taste was a bit too much for me. It would be nice to have a milder version for people who like the chili taste without quite as much heat.

Really My Favorite
Like others mentioned...I too saw how this was made on some show from the Travel Channel (I think) When I saw they rubbed chili paste over the thin slices then dehydrate...I had to try it.....It is really very good....Nice and tangy, but not really hot (To anyone who eats spicy foods anyway) Just so damn good...But caution...If you keep the bag by your favorite tv watching chair....It will empty pretty quick...Mine sure does.... On all their jerky.....It's not just the good flavors, but the crisp thin slices. They're so much nicer to eat than thick chewy jerky that's sometimes a problem chewing...No such problem with this stuff...
