Best jerky I have had. You can really taste the chilies without it being too overpowering. The smell of the bag may be the best part. We don't get green chilies out here on the east coast, so it is a nice reminder of visits to the SE USA.

I ordered a small pack each of Green Chile, Chipotle, and Santa Fe. USPS Tracking says they arrived 5 days ago at my business address, but I never saw them, much less tasted them. Damn: I'm guessing some colleague with more taste buds than scruples saw the 'Mike's Jerky' logo and gave in to temptation. :- (

First time trying jerky !!!Amazing!!!
I live in the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago and we don't have jerky here, some supermarkets may import slim jims but no jerky. While watching Bizarre foods with Andrew i saw your shop. Needless to say i placed my order immediately and i must say that i was not disappointed. I ordered the Green Chile which is perfectly seasoned and the heat of the chiles at the end gives it that extra kick. Would definitely recommend it.
