The green chile flavor is very good. It get hot in your mouth/tongue for awhile, maybe 10 minutes. Then you can again, eat more. I didn't know what to think about the jerky at first. It was dry & crunchy, mostly around the outside edges. The edges did flake off easily. I reckon thats how it was during the early cattle drives. Think Clint Eastwood may have ate some during his Rawhide days. No matter, I love the flavor! Thank you.
