Different & Delicious
I'm from NYC, so our jerky is chewy, sometimes too chewy! Maybe leathery would be a better word, depending on the quality and the company. Anyway, I wanted to try this type and I was very happy with it. The taste is delicious; the texture is very different and I'm not sure I'm in love with that yet; I think I just need to get used to it. It hasn't stopped me from eating it! Great flavor! Loved the Santa Fe & Green Chili. Between the two I loved the Santa Fe a teeny bit more, 5 stars. I'll be back!
