Totally unique with the perfect blend of seasonings. The green chile is BALANCEd with all the other added and smoked flavors. I've never had ultra thin, crisp jerky like this but having been to Albuquerque recently ( and i missed the store!! ) I felt I was back in the awesome SW. I can't wait to try this again and more from OWBC.!!

Very Dry
I like the flavor but the jerky is too dry. I make my own beef jerky and would never let it get this dry. I also make mine thicker

This is the ok fashioned jerky that I grew up on. Excellent flavor and thin.
