I saw Mike's Jerky featured on Mike Zimmern's food and travel show featuring New Mexico. I went online and ordered his Green Chill and Red Chill jerky. The're both phenomenal, but I am addicted to his green chill jerkey! Watching how its made on television, you can taste all of the layers of green chili flavors that he puts into the product. A lot of people aren't used to New Mexico style jerky, but you should open your mind to it because if you don't, you'll miss out on the best green chili jerky on the planet!
