I love the Green Chili. Perfect balance of heat and flavor. I live in the southeast where jerky is sometimes sticky and chewy. I love the snap of what you make. Cant wait to try the Chipotle and a few others. Saw this on Food Network and will definitely be a returning customer!

I have been eating and making my own Jerky for over 20 years now. Throughout this time, I've tried many varieties and brands. Mike's Jerky has a distinctively thin profile to sheets of beef they offer that creates a unique crunchy profile to every bite. I love that. With so many chewy thicker jerky's out there, it definitely creates distinction for their product. Then there is the flavor profile of Green Chile. It is delicious. Definitely my new favorite flavor. I originally purchased 4 different flavors in the small quantities to try them all out. While I have not tasted the other ones yet, the first one (Green Chili) is a bit one the spicy and hot side, as green chili should be and it is not overpowering to the point where the taste becomes secondary. It is packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat that keeps you reaching for them until they are gone. This one is so good, Im excited to try the other three flavors that are waiting for me. Awesome Product Old World Beef Company!
