was unhappy this time w/the quality of product. Very limp, no crunch. Felt almost wet/moist. Unlike other times, it was a good mouth feel, could snap easily crunchy in the mouth

I’ve ordered several times in the past and I could always taste the green chile. This order the only way I knew it was green chile was it said so on the bag. What happened? Changed the recipe? Still great quality just no green chile taste

Christmas Red/Green Jerky
I continue to love the Christmas and Green Chile jerky that Mike prepares - I go back and forth as to which one I like better. It is truly unique and brings me back to my roots in Albuquerque. I now live in California and have several bags shipped out each month and enjoy it consistently.
