It has great flavor with just enough green chili but not too much that it over powers the beef which is nice and thin with a good snap but also still holds together. Will definitely order more.

If you are in the mood to try something different this is the jerky for you. First time trying a thin jerky and have to say I’m becoming a fan. The green Chile is not lacking in flavor in fact it is loaded with green Chile flavor. So be prepared. I liked it a lot.

Lovin the "chile"
Quite a few jerky makers make red Chile jerky, not as many do green and I love this jerky because I'm definitely a green fan. It can be too mild for my taste occasionally.
