Quite a few jerky makers make red Chile jerky, not as many do green and I love this jerky because I'm definitely a green fan. It can be too mild for my taste occasionally.

Wow - so good
First time taster here in Charleston, SC. Thin and crispy, I like the departure from run-of-the-mill moist (almost wet) supermarket jerky. Feels more homemade. The green chilis come plowing through your nose once you open the bag. Then the not-too salty flavor is very chili-forward, but you still taste the beef. Great jerky, thank you!
