Black Pepper

I really liked this jerky, the texture was different than other jerkys I've had but I liked it.

Right off the bat, the chip like crisp of the jerky meat was a pleasure biting into. The black pepper flavor just added to the enjoyment. Great to snack on!

This way my favorite. Has a nice pepper flavor but salted as well. I loved the thin crisp jerky! yum!

The slices are very thin, so the jerky almost has the initial feeling of eating a chip. The meat doesn't seem to be marinated, so the initial bite was a bit of a downer - but once you start eating it, the pepper and meat flavor take center stage and it is a delightful snack. Really enjoyed it and will get some more.

I read the reviews and was anxious to try it with all the great response. I really wanted to like it but just couldn't. Great crunchy texture and black pepper coating... bland and simply "yucky" flavor to the meat. I guess I prefer my jerky with a smoky and marinaded taste versus the straight up plain meat taste.
