Good black pepper flavor
My favorite flavors are Black Pepper, Salt, Red Chile and Santa Fe. Each fit the bill depending on what I'm hungering for at the moment. Black Pepper lives up to its name with a great taste/heat of black pepper.

This was the first flavor I tried. I did enjoy it however overtime the pepper really builds up in your mouth and gets hot. So I could only eat a little bit at a time as I'm not that into spicy foods. If you like spicy this is a good choice.

Very tasty & peppery.
Mu daughter (16yr) and I both love this black pepper jerky. It's nice and peppery and not too salty. The only thing I'd change is it seems the black pepper jerky sometimes has fat "knot hole" type of globs in it. We just pick tehm out, but it would be nice if it didn't have them. The other flavors don't seem to have as much fat globs as does the black pepper. I have pychased the black pepper several times.

Goes well with "Salt"
This jerky is great - my favorite is still the SALT, but pepper comes in a close second.

You have an excellent product. Ishould have not let my wife sample it.It disappeared sooner than anticipated . I also loved the green chile The note signed by Mike and Brenda was a nice personal touch .Keep it smoking!!!!

Delightfully different
All other jerky products I have tried are like biting into ,leather, and I'm afraid of pulling out my teeth! Your jerky is easy to bite off, and chews nicely.
