I LOVE black pepper on all kinds of things, so Black Pepper was destined to be my favorite. Additionally, I try to limit my sodium intake, and Black Pepper, to me, seems to have the least sodium compared to other flavors that I've tried. I will always have a stash of Black Pepper jerky on hand for the rest of my life. I didn't realize New Mexico style jerky was a thing until I heard about it on Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations. The thin, crispy jerky is SO much better than any others that I've tried and I'm so glad that I learned about it!
