This jerky is one of my favorites. It has a nice blend of southwest spices along with a nice hot but not too hot (for me anyways) kick. I could eat a whole bag of this in one sitting. If you like a blend of southwestern spices with a nice bite of heat, grab yourself a bag of Santa Fe.

I first tried the red and green chili. I thought the red chili was awesome but the green a bit salty. I tried the Santa Fe and it now has become my favorite flavor along with red chili.

Fantastic Jerky!
Mike has blown the lid off the jerky world with this whole line of products, and the Santa Fe in particular. The crisp and flavors are just too much. Definitely a favorite!

I always seem to go back to the Santa Fe, perfect flavor. The only thing I ask for is another millimeter of thickness.
