This is a very savory jerky that has a "grab ya" bite right up front! Of course it also has that great crispness that the Green Chile jerky has. Definitely a repeater!

I'm a fan of Mikes Jerky but not of this flavor. I was very disappointed. The large hunks of seasoning make it hard to taste anything but the biggest chunk. Doesn't really mesh. Possibly if the seasoning was ground more....

This is hands down my husband and I's favorite flavor. We always run out of this flavor first! It is the perfect blend of salty and spicy.

When I received all three different flavored packages I immediately determined this was my favorite..After a few more tastes of the other flavors I think I changed to the black pepper. This jerky seemed thicker than the other flavors and had more fat. It is very salty but I actually liked it because of that reason.
