Very tasty jerky
First time buyer of Old World Beef Company jerky. I was expecting a moister jerky, which I generally prefer, so my initial impression of of your jerky's dry, paper thin, almost crispy texture threw me. I wasn't sure if I liked it or not. After a second and then third taste I realized that I loved it. The mesquite flavor was just enough without being overwhelming, as many I have tried and I found that as the beef re-hydrates in your mouth you get these beautiful shredded pieces of well seasoned meat instead of that awful compressed, crumbly texture of many jerky. Really good in texture and flavor. I'm a fan.

Love the flavor
I have tasted this one many times and was excellent. The bag I recently bought had way to much salt so I could not eat. That was just a mistake because this flavor is normally excellent!!
