Pefect balance of everything
I think the Green Chile doesn't have enough salt and the Red Chile doesn't have enough chile flavor, but together they are a match made in heaven. Santa Fe was my previous favorite, but I'm switching teams. Buy the big bag!

Best in the West
This jerky is one of a kind! When I opened the package the aroma was awesome. Reminded me of roasting chile. The flavor is fantastic and a chile lover's delight! And the cut...thin to win! I bought extra for gifts and everyone lives it.

What can I say? I grew up in Cali and now I live in Wyoming but I've always been jealous of New Mexico because of Christmas (And I'm not talking about the holiday). I love spicy green peppers and I love spicy red peppers and they taste different from one another so when you combine them it's glorious!
