Christmas through out the year
Had visited NM a few years back and tried Mike’s Jerky. A few years later it occurred to me that I could order the jerky online. Every few months, I order a few large bags of the Christmas jerky. It is a great combo of salty and spicy but not too spicy Have enjoyed several other flavors as well: butter mesquite, habanero and habanero pineapple (can be very spicy), black pepper and more. The meat is terrific, particularly when it is sliced extra thin cut so if you like a particular flavor, you’ll certainly enjoy Mike Jerky’s take on it

This S*** right here!! Good god o mighty is this stuff AMAZING!!! Not to spicy and man is it delicious! This is an absolute no brainer decision. Do you like new mexico hatch chilies? What about new mexico red chilies? If you can answer yes to either of these, then YES, you can put it your cart and place that order!
