I ordered five different varieties, and this one stands out as a great balance of beef and savory flavors. I love the simple ingredient list, the absence of sugar or other sweeteners, and no preservatives. It really is "old world" jerky.

This is my absolute favorite of all your flavors. Just the right amount of heat and the flavor is out of this world. Between my son and I, if we get the small bag, it's usually gone by the time we get home.
