At first I was leery about trying the Butter Mesquite jerky, but it was yummy. Not too smoky, and I enjoyed the mild flavors.

Quality not consistent
I love this flavor and have been ordering it quite frequently and regularly, but in the last two orders, the jerky is very fatty and oily. It's really unappealing to try and chew through fat. It feels like when you don't cook bacon all the way. I can't eat it and the slices are much thicker than the other flavors I ordered (green Chile and Santa Fe). I don't think I'll be ordering this flavor anymore.
