I lived in Abq when I was a kid and my grandfather used to make plain salted carneseca every year. He passed in 2008 and I haven't had anything remotely close to what he used to make in over a decade... then my mom found you guys and now every time I bite into the Salt Jerky, it's like a memory portal to when I was a child, eating my grandfather's jerky. So thank you for making this and bringing back a little piece of him to our family.
