We at Mike's Jerky would like to take a moment to describe our jerky... There are many styles of jerky that are made but here in the Southwest, traditional jerky is made to be thin and crisp. That is how we make ours. Our only jerky that is thicker and chewier is our Teriyaki. We hope that helps you to decide if our jerky is the kind you like.
